Bruce Yennaco
Director of Coaching Development
Bruce Yennaco is the Co-Founder of the NEA Wildcats and serves as the Director of Coaching Development. With decades of experience in youth baseball, Bruce plays a critical role in shaping the instructional standards and coaching philosophy that define the NEA program. His leadership ensures every Wildcats coach is aligned with the organization's core values: strong fundamentals, discipline, and player-focused development.
Bruce co-founded the NEA Wildcats in 2008 alongside Dan Bresnahan, with his brother—former MLB pitcher Jay Yennaco—taking over leadership in 2014. Together, they envisioned a high-level, character-driven baseball organization serving athletes across southern New Hampshire.
Widely respected for his teaching ability and calm presence, Bruce is known for connecting with players of all ages and skill levels, helping them grow both on and off the field. His deep baseball knowledge and commitment to coaching education have helped establish NEA as one of the premier youth baseball programs in the region.
